Flamtek Enterprise Portal

The Flamtek Enterprise Portal is the result of years of constant development and utilises a unique floating beam design resulting in consistent smooth reliable cutting.

It utilises the latest Burny Dagger NC with a 14" touch screen on oxy fuel and conventional plasma machines and the Burny Phantom with A.C. drives on high density plasma systems.

 

Digital Synchronisation

Both use 3 axis rack and pinion digital synchronisation to maintain accuracy over the whole cutting area and is specifically designed to make it fully compatible with the latest high density plasma systems, yet rugged enough for the toughest oxy fuel applications.

 

Master Head

The master head has positions for two motorised posts making mixing of plasma and oxy fuel simple. Three more slave heads with motorised posts may be added.

The Flamtek Enterprise Portal is available from 2.0m to 5.0m cutting width and to any length.
