FLAMTEK JUNIOR

The Flamtek Junior is a cost effective fixed version of our portable machine.

The machine is ruggedly constructed and is compatible with both oxy fuel and plasma cutting systems.

Rack and pinion PWM drives are used in both axis, up to 6m/min.
The burner bar is motorised to control it�s height.
The burner bar may be equipped with up to four cutting torches
(gas or plasma or both).
The Burny 2.5 + CNC is standard but any control may be used.
An optional PLC allows control of any additional process on or off the machine.
Profile Manager the Psion® based cutting software can be customised for specific shapes or automated processes.

The standard cutting capacity is 2m x 1m, but may be ordered to any length and up to 1.5m in width.
