FLAMTEK HYBRID

The Flamtek Hybrid is a unique machine to solve your profile cutting requirements.

It was originally developed for a specific customer who wanted to keep the flexibility of his old cantilever design to allow larger than capacity plates and fabricated sub-assemblies to be cut.

The Hybrid combines the flexibility of the cantilever with the modern drives and linear bearings of the portal, allowing much greater speeds and accuracy.
The cross drive incorporates a single burner bar which can pass behind the controller, allowing the full width of cut to be achieved on multiple torch systems with a single torch.
The high stability and accuracy of the design makes it ideal for modern high density plasma systems, but it is equally at home on heavy duty oxy fuel applications.

The Flamtek Hybrid is available in any length and up to 2.5m in width.
